LOAD-IN, SETUP & LOGISTICS
- 4:30 PM – 6:00 PMArtists Reception: Meet & Greet with lite bites and refreshments. Volunteers and Event Staff check-in. Show prep, rental supplies staging, and storage.
- NOTE:HQ closes at 6:00 PM, reopens 10:30 PM – 12:00 AM. Volunteers arrive at 4:30 PM.
- 5:00 PM – 6:15 PMLoad-In: Food Trucks, Artisan Vendors, Bartender, DJ, and Lighting Technicians.
- 6:15 PMHard vehicle cutoff; no vehicles allowed in the lot after this time.
- 6:30 PM – 10:00 PMEvent hours.
- 10:00 PM – 10:30 PMBreakdown begins. The music is lowered and the ambience becomes less hectic.
- 10:30 PM – 12:00 AMLoad Out.
Parking & Transit: FREE PARKING on location for Vendors, Volunteers, and Event Staff.
NOTE: Please follow city and private parking guidelines. Art Walk News is not responsible for tickets or towing.
Bathrooms: May be found at local bars, and adjacent restaurants. Adjacent galleries are less likely to provide restroom services.
YOUR TIER: ROLES & PROTOCOLS
The Palette — Live Artist
Shared art space for live artists. A $25 deposit is required to reserve your shared space and is not refundable. Art must remain on display until the end of the event. Keep 100% of your sales.
The Gallery — Art Installation
Installation artists are responsible for completing their installation during event hours and for protecting surrounding surfaces. Installations stay up until the end of the event. Keep 100% of your sales.
The Vine — Artisan Vendor
Spaces are 10 x 10 ft. Bring your own tent or rent one. Vendors must bring at least a 10ft utility extension cord (3 prong) and a circuit breaker. Keep 100% of your sales.
The Savory & The Sweet — Food Trucks
Prime truck parking, with a hard vehicle cutoff at 6:15 PM. Round bar tables are provided; food trucks may bring their own table. Trash bins and cleanup are the responsibility of the vendor. Keep 100% of your sales.
The Taste — Sample Giveaway
Sampling only — no sales permitted. You must provide complimentary samples to guests and comply with all health and permitting guidelines. Subject to approval by the Art Walk News team.
- •TENT LIGHTS ARE MANDATORY! Rental tents come with free lighting, table, and chairs. Always bring your own lighting with low amperage just in case!
- •Muralists: Responsible for completing mural installations during event hours and protecting surrounding surfaces.
- •DJ: The DJ is responsible for music throughout the event.
- •Bartender: The bartender is responsible for beverage service throughout the event.
- •Volunteers: Responsible for setting up the ID stamping booth, assisting vendors with setup, and supporting breakdown at the end of the event.
- •Security: Responsible for lot safety, enforcing the no-vehicle-movement policy.
EXTRA RENTALS
Need a tent, table, chairs, or tablecloth for your booth? Tents, tables and two chairs are available for rent for an additional $25. Rent extra equipment from Art Walk News.

- •Event Disclaimer: This is an outdoor private lot event located within a self guided art walk tour. Flat comfortable shoes and a jacket are recommended.
- •Deposit: The $25 Live Artist space deposit is not refundable.
- •Rain Policy: If it rains, the event is canceled. Fees are held in reserve for the following month.
- •Power: A generator is provided. Please submit special needs (space/placement) in advance.
- •Refund Policy: Sorry, no refunds. Credit may be given in case of rain, emergency, or other circumstances.
